Thanks to all for testing Release 2! I'm pleased to announce Developer Preview Release 3, which includes compatibility and feature improvements based on the latest round of community suggestions. I hope you don't mind the rapid release cycle -- I figured that it's important to iterate quickly with the initial testing releases.

New Features & Compatibility Fixes

• Support for Thread.setPriority() (maps to Mach thread priorities)
• Implemented support for gathering thread CPU time statistics via ThreadMXBean (Reported by Ralph Martin)
• JVM now ignores (and prints a warning) any Apple-specific -Xdock: JVM options (Reported by Fabrizio Giudici)
• Added fall-back support for the .jnilib library extension, if a .dylib can not be found -- Apple JVM compatability (Reported by Werner Randelshofer and Fabrizio Giudici)
